Installation services for stand-alone printers will include the physical setup of the imagePROGRAF printer, filling of ink tanks, and producing a test print to ensure that the machine is working properly. Software installation is not included as part of this service.

For all iPF MFP device installations, all the above is included with the service, along with the physical setup of the Colortrac scanner and stand, installation of the computer and monitor, and successfully producing a scan to copy to ensure that the machine is working properly.

Note: Please be advised that you or someone else at your site will be required to assist in the installation by helping the technician lift the printer and/or scanner.
