Technical Support & Printer Installation Specialist

Full-Time Position | $40,000-$50,000 per year | Travel required

Location: Based in Rolling Meadows, IL, with travel to customer sites throughout the continental U.S.

Install & Calibrate Equipment

Install and calibrate large format printers, equipment, and software at customer locations nationwide.

Train & Support Customers

Train customers on their equipment and serve as a friendly, knowledgeable representative of IT Supplies.

Prepare & Test Equipment

Unbox, set up, and test equipment, and help keep our Solutions Center ready for demonstrations.

Create Print Samples & Training Resources

Create sample prints, media profiles, and how-to videos to help demonstrate equipment capabilities and support customers.

Demonstrations & Trade Shows

Run equipment demonstrations and assist with staffing trade shows.

Coordinate & Document Installations

Log installation details and coordinate installation dates with our Operations team.

Keep Learning

Continue developing your technical skills through training and certifications on new equipment and software.

• Experience in an installation role, specifically with printers, wide format printers, or cutters
• A technical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn
• A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to qualify for company auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more
• Willingness to travel primarily by car or air, with frequent overnight stays; travel may account for up to 90% of the work week

• Experience with Epson, HP, Canon, or Roland printers
• Knowledge of RIP software, color management, or print production workflows
• A degree in computer or technology-related fields
