The precise spectral characteristics and lumen output are subject to an exhaustive quality control process to assure that each lamp provides true full-spectrum, color balanced illumination and extremely accurate color rendition.

Light Quality Selection

D65 – A 6500K (Correlated Color Temperature), high CRI (Color Rendering Index) color viewing lamp for visual color match assessment in many industrial color (paints, plastics, textiles, automotive, food) markets. Provides compliance with ASTM D1729 lighting standard when used in correct lighting system. Also applies to SAE J361 and BS-950 Part 2. These lamps are identified as GTI ColorMatcher 6500K Color Viewing Lamps with a part number “F##T8/CM65” where the ## is the wattage (11, 15, 17, 25, 32, or 40).
